no rubber caps dont keep your hair dry but they dont make it as wet but u have to make sure you have one dat is really tight or the water can get through!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, when i got to camp for a week this summer. i want to get each roomie or whatever a little “camp survival kit”. i tihnk it would be cute. probably 8-15 girls. something like that. i found cute things like for cheerleaders – a rubberband to be flexible, a lozenge after yelliing, just cute sumbolic ideas!? please help i would greatly appreciate it! oh by the way girls 13-14 years old! and its a church camp
