Question by matthriggs: Will the sandcastles in Galveston still be up Sunday?
Every year there is the A&E Graphics sandcastle competition in Galveston on Saturday. I didn’t make it today, if I show up tomorrow will they still be intact? I’m guessing it depends on the surf… but if they are up I definitely want to make it down. Thanks!

I don’t know. Were they? It would depend far more on the wind than the surf.

Kind of late to be answering your question, but yes, they were still up on Sunday for the most part. The surf wasn’t anywhere close to it. There still may be some up next week too, although not in their original grandeur.
